People look at this day as a huge celebration. It is so sad to me! Every time. It's A sign that my sweet baby will become more independent and want or need me less as they grow older. ;( it's so sad! I try to enjoy the times when he clings to me and won't let me put him down. It's frustrating, but will only be a short time.
We had a small celebration with my mom and my sister Catherine. We were in Estes park in vacation in the mountains and got snowed in. ;). I made a "green smoothie cake" with real coconut cream frosting. It was honestly amazing. Haha. Chase loved it!
